Attitude of Gratitude

Gratitude“Don’t let your problems take command; let possibilities take command.”

The day flew by & here I am at 11pm writing some inspiration.  So today I felt compelled to remind us of an Attitude of Gratitude. As we’re cleansing out our bodies, let’s remember to cleanse out our minds and emotions to make room for more positivity. An Attitude of Gratitude draws more wonderful into your life!

An exercise to increase our gratitude is to be grateful for yourself & for those around you.  For the next 13 days, everyday write down three things that you appreciate about yourself.  Even if it’s, “I appreciate that I’m giving myself time to FEEL GREAT!”.  Then on the other half of the paper, write down 3 things you appreciate about someone in your life.  It could be your spouse, your children or even someone you don’t like.  Start appreciating the good in people & guess what–the good starts to show up MORE!  What we focus on GROWS! Energy flows where attention goes!

Let me know what blessings come your way from this exercise & from your increased Attitude of Gratitude!
