The Lifestyle Program consultation is ideal for those who want to now more about the programs and/or those who definitely know they want to begin one of our programs.

Before beginning any of our M’Lis Lifestyle Programs, a client needs to complete an initial consultation and screening. During this session, we uncover the client’s health conditions, goals and concerns. This is most helpful to make sure we are working together towards our client’s goals and needs. Also, the consultation helps educate the client on how the program works, how it can benefit them, and the plan of action.

The client will also have their Body Composition calculated for them, which shows the body’s percentage of fat mass, lean muscle mass, hydration levels and the daily caloric rate.
