Fresh is BEST!

Fresh is BEST!

My body & soul are truly buzzing with JOY for this cleanse!! It really felt like time to implement some purification.  Just with the busy-ness of life sometimes we forget to take care of our selves & that’s where this cleanse helps us to refocus. Here are 2 keys to a great cleanse:

  1. Be Prepared
  2. Set Your Mental Game for Success

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1) Be Prepared
Yesterday, I was spinning thru Earthfare with my handy “Easy Shopping List”.  It’s the best thing to start the cleanse knowing that all the clean nutrition you need is a step away in your kitchen.  Stock up on the essentials:
  • GREENS– kale, lacinato kale, arugula, mixed greens, Italian parsley
  • FRUITS–apples, citruses: oranges, grapefruit, lemons & limes
  • QUICK EATS–tabouleh, hummus, almonds, tuna & cannelini bean salad
  • GRAINS–always have brown rice, quinoa, & lentils in pantry
  • FLAVORS–fresh garlic, ginger, chives, Italian parsley and shallots
  • LEAN PROTEINS–tofu, turkey, fish, chicken
  • FAVORITE TO JUICE–blend of kale, apples, & carrots
  • WATER–distilled or deionized (from filter at Earthfare)
Also, I went ahead and prepared my supplements the day before. One less thing to think about. Separate your AM & PM sets of Detox Group 1 & your essential Dailys.
2) Set your mental game for SUCCESS
Already feel and imagine what you want from this cleanse.  If it’s more energy, imagine and know what that feels like NOW.  Really put that feeling into your cells, see yourself walking, or feel that extra energy rush in the afternoon.
A nice practice is to cut or create pictures of your desired outcome & paste them on your Dream Board to help give you daily visual reminders.  This will constantly feed your subconscious & conscious mind.  Just like athletes who visualize perfection of every move of their routine before they actually perform it, this is your mental rehearsal for your health perfection.
You’re on your way to the BEST YOU yet! I am so proud of you & I’m here with you every step of the way.
